Fundamentals of Continuous Integration and Delivery

The aim of the course is for participants to become familiar with modern software development and delivery processes (DevOps and CI/CD). An understanding is developed of the automation of code integration and testing. Participants learn to use the Linux terminal and basic commands for working with systems. The content covers version control and code management. The participants will learn containerisation with Docker and creation of Docker images. In addition, the course introduces the concept of continuous flow and the automated application building. This course has a practical focus, delivered through projects and laboratory exercises.

Weekly class hours: 2 hours of lectures and 3 hours of practical exercises.
